PT Amari Bali Ananta has operated in Bali since 2008 as a General Contractor delivering residential and commercial construction projects, including new builds, renovations, structural works, and extensions. As an Austrian–Indonesian contractor, we understand the expectations of international investors and private clients who require clarity, technical competence, and reliable execution in a complex local construction environment.
Construction in Bali carries real risks when responsibility is fragmented between designers, trades, and site teams. Weak supervision, material substitutions, and non compliant practices remain common industry problems. Amari eliminates that uncertainty by operating with structured project management, documented material control, disciplined site supervision, and compliance with applicable building standards. We do not compete on promises. We compete on controlled execution and accountable delivery.
